Minist respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This Policy explains how to report copyright issues and how we respond.
1) Ownership Recap
You own your User Content.
Subject to law and third-party rights, you own Outputs.
Minist owns the Services, software, and tools.
2) Repeat Infringer Policy
We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others’ IP rights.
3) DMCA / Copyright Notices
If you believe content hosted on Minist infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Copyright Agent with:
Your contact info.
Identification of the copyrighted work.
The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act.
Your physical or electronic signature.

4) Counter-Notification
If your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Copyright Agent containing:
Your contact info.
Identification of the material and its location before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the State and federal courts located in San Francisco, California, USA courts and acceptance of service from the complaining party.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the complaining party files a court action within the period required by law.
